about

“Having the body you want begins with loving the body you have.”

Mandy Ingber, the creator of Yogalosophy, is a fitness and wellness advisor, who first gained popularity with her sold-out yoga and spinning classes in Los Angeles. For over 16 years, she has motivated people with her light-hearted approach and unique teaching style. It is her ability to connect with a wide range of students which makes her widely accessible. Mandy’s public appeal grew as a celebrity yoga instructor when she did a spread in SELF magazine in 2006 with client Jennifer Aniston. Other clients have included Kate Beckinsale, Ricki Lake, Brooke Shields, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, and Helen Hunt, who gave her credit on the red carpet for getting her body “Oscar-ready”.

Mandy’s class has been awarded “Best of LA” in LA Weekly and Los Angeles Magazine. Daily Candy nominated her music playlists “The Best Of Sound”. Ingber has been an event headliner for People Magazine’s A-List Workout and SELF Magazine’s Workout In the Park, a spokesperson for Crystal Light’s U-Pump-It-Up campaign, and a contributing fitness and wellness advisor on ThatsFit, FitSugar, Shape, Health, Women’s Health, and USA Today. Mandy is featured regularly in publications, such as Self, InStyle, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Los Angeles, People, Us, Life&Style, Glamour, Vanity Fair, Elle, and more. Television Appearances include The Today Show, Good Morning America Health, E! Daily News, E! Daily 10, Access Hollywood, Good Day L.A., and Extra, among others.
