Music has always been a staple of my life. When I was a child, music played constantly in our home. I watched my father practice yoga to Elton John and Bob Dylan, and I continued to explore music for myself. My schooling was unconventional in that it more or less took place in a multi-colored van, in which we’d have Pink Floyd blaring on the radio as we drove around Los Angeles. In my teens, it was Led Zeppelin, in the mid '80’s it was Run DMC, but I eventually became known for my eclectic mixes on cassette. In my early days as a spinning (indoor cycling) instructor, it was my knowledge of music that attracted my clients. More recently in 2008, the playlist section on my web site was nominated Best Of Sound on Daily Candy.
