Mountain Climb
I designed this spinning playlist to simulate a mountain climb. It was meant to be a gradual climb, and a resistance-loading challenge.This endurance ride is broken up with two one-minute sprints (one at the end of “Insomnia,” and again during “Born Slippy”). Keep this in mind during your cardio workout.
Gratitude
I use this playlist every Thanksgiving, and during the month of May. It’s a great reinforcement to listen to songs that remind us to say “Thank You!”

The following is an album called Prana, by Craig Kohland & Shaman’s Dream. The last track, “Storm of Prayers,” is my favorite for Savasana. It lasts eleven minutes and feels like heaven. When the music ends, just sit in the sounds of silence.
